Washington Federal Bank Selects BoardVantage
Community bank to use BoardVantage to manage board communications
Menlo Park, CA (March 23, 2007) — Washington Federal Bank for Savings, a community bank with two branches located in Chicago, has selected BoardVantage to manage communications with its board of directors.
According to John F. Gembara, president & CEO of Washington, "It was time for us to move beyond our paper-based processes and begin managing all of our communications online. Washington's corporate secretary will use BoardVantage to assemble various documents and automatically create monthly board packets.
